Opening in the trees in the forest

Forest bathing sessions are usually 2-3 hours long and can also be incorporated into multi activity programmes.

Local venues ideal for forest bathing sessions include our Headingley Campus, Roundhay Park or Golden Acre Park but there are many wonderful venues available across the UK. We can also combine this session with other adventurous activities into a full day or multi-day programme.
