Why coaching and mentoring?

A skilled coach or mentor is an invaluable asset to any organisation. As well as increasing confidence and motivation, ILM’s coaching and mentoring qualifications improve management performance, conflict resolution and communication and interpersonal skills.

What level is right for me?

Level 3 | All levels

This level is ideal for learners at all levels (both new and existing coaches) who want to develop their knowledge and skills in effective coaching within an organisational context.

Level 5 | Managers with coaching and mentoring responsibilities

This level is ideal for managers and those with significant responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context. It is also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.
