Sarah Thompson

Senior Lecturer

Sarah Thompson is a Registered Nurse (Adult) and Lecturer in Nursing with specific interests in population health, public health nursing and health inequalities. An experienced practitioner in public health nursing working with children and families, she has also been involved in the development of healthcare planning to address health inequalities. She teaches on a range of modules, with a focus on health promotion, health policy, safeguarding and communication.

  • Pre-registration Nursing. Health and Wellbeing modules

Research Interests

Sarah has experience working in addictions research, and is interested in health promotion and health inequalities research.
