Dr Julia Morgan
Head of The Leadership Centre
As the Head of the Leadership Centre, Julia continues to be a driving force in the development of innovative and impactful leadership education programmes. She and her team are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full leadership potential and impact in their respective fields. With a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, an MSc in HRM, and as a Chartered Member of CIPD, she understands only too well the intricacies of leadership dynamics within organisations.
Prior to her role as the Head of the Leadership Centre, she held positions as a lecturer at both Durham University and Bradford School of Management, teaching postgraduate MSc and Executive MBA programmes.
What sets Julia apart is her practical experience in leadership roles across various industries. Her real-world insights enable her to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that our programmes provide tangible value and impact in today's fast-paced business environment. Drawing from her own leadership journey, she brings relatability, authenticity, and empathy to her interactions with participants.
