Andy de Lima is a versatile digital strategist, online marketer, entrepreneur, and community builder. With over 14 years of experience as an academic, lecturer, researcher, and international keynote speaker, he is also a seasoned company director and business consultant.

As a lifelong learner, Andy is passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, cross-cultural integration, and digital technologies. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master's Degree in Marketing, and has founded businesses and supported numerous start-ups and SMEs in the UK and abroad. He has also directed a regional business development and support agency, providing invaluable insights into the challenges facing businesses at various stages of their development.

Andy is committed to seeing people, organisations, and regions grow and build their expertise through the integrated use of innovative entrepreneurial tools and disruptive, transformative technologies, underpinned by a people-centric leadership approach. He is the Business, Operations, Strategy and Enterprise team at Leeds Business School as a course coordinator for the Master in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (MSEBD) where he also teaches several entrepreneurship modules. He has previously lectured on Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, and other marketing related topics.

Andy is currently pursuing a PhD in Technology Entrepreneurship and AI.

Passionate about helping individuals, enterprises, institutions, and public sector organisations adopt innovative business practices through taking advantage of digital technologies, creativity, and identifying future opportunities, Andy co-founded a number of enterprises. His focus, attention, and endeavours are on leadership development to unlock human and business potential, enabling people to pursue research goals and businesses to realise their aspirations.

Andy works closely with regional stakeholders to foster digital integration and business development, bridging the skills gap through projects developed in partnership with organisations, universities, and a team of industry experts, academics, practitioners, and business development managers.
