This guide provides information about sharing QuickMarks and Rubrics with other instructors.

What are QuickMarks?

QuickMarks are feedback comments that you can save and reuse across Turnitin assignments as appropriate. You can create multiple QuickMarks sets, for example, a set relevant to a specific course or level of study. More information about QuickMarks is available in our leaving feedback guide.

What are rubrics?

Rubrics are scorecards that you can use to evaluate student work against defined criteria. You can create and share Rubrics with other instructors. This means that you can upload a Rubric provided by another instructor for use in your own Feedback Studio account. More information about rubrics is available in our Creating Rubrics Guide.

If you have created a QuickMarks set that you feel would be useful for another instructor, you can export it from Feedback Studio and send your colleague a copy of the downloaded file.

a. Access the QuickMarks Manager by clicking the icon from the tools panel on the right. It looks like a tick inside a box.
