Dan Hirst

Dan is a Partner at Chadwick Lawrence, specialising in dispute resolution, litigation in business, corporate recovery and insolvency, intellectual property, debt collection and contested probate. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, joining Chadwick Lawrence in April 2012 following the merger with Godloves Solicitors, where he headed the Commercial Litigation Unit.

Dan is former President of the Halifax Incorporated Law Society and continues his involvement with the Society as a Governor and committee member. He is also a proud Rotarian.

Dan completed his LLB at the University of Liverpool and his LPC at Leeds Metropolitan University (now Leeds Beckett University).
