We have committed to developing and maintaining an rolling five-year unified resource plan, which will speed up budget setting and more effectively align students, staff, physical and financial resources.
We will rebalance our internal funding allocation model, ensuring that resources are deployed where they will make most impact.
We will review services to ensure they are efficient and offer value for money, while meeting stakeholder and institutional needs.
