Try something new and sign up to one of our Lifestyle courses. We have a range of activities for you to try such as yoga, running and an introduction to lifting.
Our courses are ideal for beginners or those looking at getting back into physical activity. Each course is delivered by qualified instructors who will support you to reach your goals.
Our social sport programme gives you the chance to take part in sport in a fun and relaxed environment. With over 20 sessions each week, it is the perfect opportunity to try something new and keep active whilst at university. Most of the sessions are on a turn up and play basis so why not come and give them a try.
