The Journals web page provides help and information on using the eJournals A–Z list, a list of FAQs including identifying journal articles from a reading list, how to access a journal article and much more. Search the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ if you cannot find your question in the list.

Using databases

The A-Z Databases list can be found here, each one detailing a summary of the subjects covered. FAQs have been created to help you understand why to use databases, which ones are key for your studies and help with searching.

Accessing eBooks

Take a look at the FAQs on the eBook web pages or watch the short video on ‘How to find and access an eBook’. You can also browse our eBook collections or click on the Accessibility tab to find answers to questions such as ‘How can I change the text size in an eBook?’

Where to find help

You can also find help, information and resources relevant to your subject on your subject support web pages. Find your subject support web page via the Subject Guides list.

If you have any queries, please contact Offsite or the Library for additional support 24/7.

We’d love to hear from you!
