New food on campus!
A new academic year means tasty new food to keep you fuelled through Fresher’s and beyond! Check out our pick of the new food additions for you to enjoy, including our Food Villages at both campuses from 17 September until mid-October.
Please Note: During adverse weather conditions our food village may need to close.
Price: £3.95 (wrap + salad + a hot topping + a sauce)
What is it? Create your own wrap exactly how you like it. You choose your base (pitta bread, tortilla wrap, folded naan or flat sourdough) and then fill it full of your favourite food!
Our hot toppings include; marinated chicken, lamb shish kebab, spicy beef meatballs, spiced pulled beef, falafel, roast vegetables and halloumi.
It’s all about the extras too, you can spice up your wrap with houmous, pickled red cabbage, pomegranate seeds and pickled chillies, and not forgetting the finishing touch – our sauces!
Where is it? City Food Court, Intermissions, Headingley Food Village (outside Campus Central).
(In our City Food Court you can also switch the bread for a salad box with either quinoa, puy lentils or red wild rice.)
Price: Fries + topping + extras £4 (individual) / £6 (sharing for 2 people)
What is it? Pick your fries and load them with the tastiest toppings in town. You can add pulled pork, chilli con carne, mixed peppers & onions or creamy garlic mushrooms to either our regular or spiced fries. The pick your extras to top off a truly delicious experience; bacon bits, jalapenos, hot cheese sauce, bbq sauce, ranch sauce, chipotle mayo, regular mayo or if you’re feeling brave try our hot sauce, we dare you!
Where is it? City Food Court, Headingley Food Court
Price: £4.20 (Burger + 2 toppings, add an extra patty for £2, add extra toppings for 30p)
What is it? Get a delicious 6oz beef burger, with your favourite toppings, just how you like it! From picking your bun to the toppings and sauce, you can have your burger, your way! Our toppings include rocket, fried onions, bacon, fried egg, sliced cheese, chilli sliced cheese, avocado, wasabi coleslaw, red cabbage sauerkraut and gherkins. At our City Campus you can also substitute your beef burger for halloumi!
Where is it? City Campus Food Village (Outside Level 2 Rose Bowl) and Headingley Campus Food Village (Outside Campus Central)
Price: Get a burger, wrap, flatbread or pitta with salad, topping and sauce for £3.50 or grab a salad for £3.95, which includes your base (quinoa, puy lentils or red wild rice), a topping and a sauce. Add potato wedges for only £1.00.
What is it? Build your own tasty meal with delicious lovejoes fillings and toppings. Whether you’re fancying a burger, wrap, flatbread, pitta or a salad there’s something for you to enjoy. The fillings include; marinated chicken thigh, flaming hot crumbed chicken fillet, lamb shish kebab, onion bhaji patty or falafel bites.
Where is it? Campus Shop (Portland Building)
What is it? RB Espresso is venturing out to give you even more convenience with delicious barista coffees on the move. Come and find us outside the Rose Bowl (Level 2) and grab a coffee and a snack, including pastries and cakes sourced from Yorkshire-based Aritsan Bakes.

What is it? If you’re in a rush or fancy enjoying a coffee break al fresco then look no further, Tiki Coffee Shop will be running a pop up stall outside Campus Central. Get the usual barista coffees as well a range of snacks to keep you fuelled through your day. Tiki on Tour will have a wide range of pastries and cakes sourced from Yorkshire-based Aritsan Bakes.
