- Blubilds in Edgeland Spaces

An exhibition of drawing that lifts the lines off the page into gesture, action, cuts and folds. Drawing from static plans, diagrams, blueprints blubilds work with contradictory forces of organised linear and action drawings. The exhibition includes installation, films, documentation and drawings that contribute to the development of blubilds.
Through an active drawing process between body, apparatus and organised conditions, lively lines and the conditions of diagrams as notation, knowledge and text are re-drawn as rooms and stains. Placed in Edgelands, urban and rural waste signatures, these blubild rooms dump the body to scatter and fragment as a force that disperses both diagram and body into a stain to reframe the activities in Edgelands as playfully active and as a feminine temporary art/architecture.
The exhibition-opening event will take place between 17:00 – 19:00 on Monday 22 January, Broadcast Place A Building G08, and is open to all. The exhibition will then run at the same location until 1 February, 10:00 – 16:00.
