During the summer we have access to over 3,500 bedrooms making us a fantastic choice for group bookings.

Whether you’re an association, a school group or a private organisation we can offer well-located, hotel-standard rooms, at prices that won’t break the bank.

Residences

We can accommodate over 1,500 residential guests across Carnegie Village, Kirkstall Brewery and Marsden House in modern well-equipped accommodation. We can accommodate over 500 guests each at Kirkstall Brewery and Marsden House so if you have a large group that needs to stay in one place, our residences are a natural choice.

Safety

You’ll find our residences right at the heart of some of Leeds’ safest communities and each site has its own 24-hour security team to put your mind at ease.

Facility Hire

We have a wide range of rooms for hire including lecture theatres, seminar rooms and banqueting halls. We can also provide a huge range of top class sports facilities such as tennis courts, basketball courts, astroturf and sports fields.

Catering

Our flexible meal plans work around your needs, from packed lunches all the way up to fully catered breakfast, lunch and dinners. We give you the option to treat your guests to something special with fine-dining options for up to 300 and for those who like to do their own thing, our convenient Food Courts offer a whole host of satisfying, wholesome choices.

Events Management

Our experienced event managers have hosted many groups over the years and have the right knowledge and skill set to ensure a successful outcome every time. To take the stress and strain out of what could be a challenging experience for the event organiser you will be provided with a dedicated event manager who will act as a single point-of-contact and help you throughout the whole process from responding to the initial enquiry to the post-event briefing ensuring that all aspects of your booking run smoothly and successfully.
